"Leather Sofa Set"
We had a great time in the store with Adam, the sales guy. He told us to take our time and just browse, no pressure at all. When we were ready to ask questions, he was super helpful. He went into detail about everything and even showed us how the recliners functioned. We walked out feeling good and fingers crossed, we stay this happy when our sofa set gets here.

"Steer clear of buying from this..."
Steer clear of buying from this company! They sell low-quality items and refuse to honor their warranty, even if it’s just a few days past a year. I won’t be coming back here, better to go with DFS or Harveys.

"Awesome Corner Sofa Experience"
Sean from Leeds was fantastic, and everything from the order to the delivery went off without a hitch. The sofa arrived a whole 3 weeks ahead of schedule, which we thought was pretty impressive for a custom order. Overall, it took 6 weeks from buying to getting it delivered.

"Steer Clear of This Company!"
Stay away from this company, seriously! I ordered a suite and paid for it, but they sent me the wrong color and won’t lift a finger to fix it. Their customer service? Let’s just say it’s not living up to the name.

"Our Experience with Their Bed Purchase"
We got a bed from this company, and the delivery crew first dropped the divan, leaving our wall damaged. They also put the bed together in a different spot than we requested. After they left that same day, we discovered the headboard was broken, but you can only see it if you check the back. I reached out to customer service, but they’re only available via email, and you can’t speak to anyone directly. They haven’t done anything to help, and it’s been two weeks now. Honestly, I wouldn’t suggest anyone buy from them; it’s been a really frustrating experience.
